I weigh myself in the morning also. If i see i gained, it makes me want to work out harder. After the workout sometimes i weigh myself again, the scale for me does go down. It keeps me going. How accurate it is I am not sure, like i said it keeps me going after i see a lost. Good Luck !!:smile:

That is amazing !!! Did you have the procedures after you were at your goal weigh? I still wanna lose like maybe 25 to 30 pounds. I am just nervous about finding the right doctor. HOw did you pick yours?
