Dont read too much into the weight recommendations. I was still approx 14lb above top suggested weight and had friends ask if i had been to dr cause i looked sick. One even got me aside to ask in private if i had cancer. I put on only 4lb and all of a sudden no one asked about my health except to say i looked good. I think…
