Don't count them. They are free dietary calories out. They can count towards a deficit. You should only count dedicated exercise.

This is correct, nobody really cares what other people do in the gym. If they are paying attention to you, then they have no life or they like your style.

Your statement is a myth. 100 ounces is not excessive. 100 ounces will not put a strain on your kidneys. It may flush out some minerals, but if your diet is on point then you have nothing to worry about.

Be patient and stop complaining. You have just begun. If you have this attitude now, then you are going to ge really grumpy when you hit our first plateau. Patience, this is a lifestyle, not a weekend vacation.

New Balance 1226. I order mine 2 pairs at a time due to lack of size and availability in stores. I have flat and wide feet, these shoes make me feel like I am running on air. No other running shoes provides as much comfort and stability for my feet.

Never stop eating what you enjoy, unless it is primarily deep fried. I go to Chilis at least once a week, but it fits into my Macros. Sometimes I jam it in. You cannot succeed if you deprive yourself of he things that you truly love. Chilis.

^^^ Complete proteins: Meat, Poultry, Fish, Eggs, Dairy Stop wasting your money on protein supplements. The industry would have you believe that you need to supplement with powders. Your diet should be adequate to supply your protein. Nobody needs more than 1g per lb of LBM.

IMO, I don't see any problem. Actually I enjoy seeing new people in the gym. Some people find the drive and change their lives, others, well.. maybe next year. I say good for them, at least they are trying, right? And I prefer the home workoutsas well, or the great outdoors.
