I second that. And I agree, once you are at one with your body and you KNOW what it took and/or takes to make you look and feel good, then you can eat whatever you want as long as it fits in your friggin Macros. I love peanut butter cookies.

I cycle my carbs and fat, making carbs heaviest on workout days. Like sidesteel said though, it has nothing to do with boosting your metabolism. If this method helps you stick to your deficit and macros, then that is a great bonus, right?

celery is good. You almost burn mor calories eating it than it has in it. :) Also, there is nothing wrong with eating a ton of fruit, as long as you stay under your calorie goal. Your body knows what to do with it.
