hey is it too late to join this group? I am struggling with losing weight. I am watching what I am eating, and I started back doing my taebo which I love. But I am gaining weight..that is not good. Its gets me so depressed..I want to quit excersing, but I know it will be worse If I stop excersing.

Hi Everyone....Im so furstrated..........I am eating underneath my calorie intake and yet Im still gaining weight. I am doing tabebo 4 times a week. Why am I not losing. Please don't say Im building muscle and muscle weights more..lol.. I would think that with me being "fluffy" that excess weight would come off anyway…

I have been out of town for a late Christmas with my family. So I am checking in for the 2nd week now. The first week I lost 1 lonely pound. The second week I lost 2 pounds for a total of 3 lbs lost in 2 weeks. I have 12 lbs to go before Valentines day. Starting weight was 200 lbs so now I weigh 197

Hi...ok I did another day of taebo for 45 minutes. Boy am I out of shape..but I feel good when Im done with it. I want to lose at least 2 lbs in this next week. Tomorrow will be my free day, to eat whatever I want...

Kathy thanks for that quote. I copied it and will put it somewhere where I can see on a daily basis. Im trying to eat my big meal at lunch time. Then only having a slim fast shake at night (nightime is my biggest temptation). The only time I can find for excerise is at night. So I have been doing 30 min on my treadmill…

Hi Let me know what you are doing on the treadmill. I have one also. Right now I am focusing on the treadmill. My stamina is not what it used to be when I was doing taebo regularly. Im walking between 20-30 min on the treadmil at 3.5.
