Get to and stay under 167.5. Its only a 3lb weight loss but i always put some back on over xmas, so staying under that will be great. Starting 30ds for the third time today (never completed). I WILL complete it by xmas even if it takes me the full 54 days to get there!

bump for idea. I love goats cheese and used to buy goats cheese in bread crumbs from birdseye. I dont think they make them anymore, but was going to atempt making some soon!

I blend some frozen bananas with 1% fat milk. It tastes just like banana ice cream and is low in calories as you dont need to use much banana with them being so strong in flavour

That link is great, thanks! I only put in about half a bannana, and only becuase they are strong in flavour and cover up the not very nice taste of the curle kale! Ill have a try with other less carby fruits to see if any of those will work!

Ive done 30DS level 1 day 6 today. Finding it sooo much easier, and not sore anymore. I can finanlly do pushups too!! I couldnt do any until day 5 when i did ONE, and today i managed 4 whoop! Im also gettting hungrier, but finding it so much easier to stay motivated as i want the best results possilbe by the end of day 30!

I use this when i know i am eating out in the evening, but cant log it as i dont know what m having yet. I will log Quick add calories to the estimated value, and then update with the actual food choice when i get home. Just lets me know what calories i have available to eat earlier in the day, and stops me going over when…

Rubbish week this week :-( I am back to my starting weight from the beginning of this group (174 pounds) I know where i went wrong, just couldnt find the motivation to stop myself making hte bad choices. September is a new month filled with good food choices and 30DS!!
