woke up this morning ready for the gym, but couldnt move!! Clearly the gym yesterday was too big a shock for my body. All my muscles hurt! So i went back to sleep instead :-P

Hi guys. rubbish week last week with no gyming! back this week though, been monday and tuesday morning. Will go tomorrow if i can still walk haha!

5 9" and goal is 154 since ive been doing extra gymwork the scale hasnt moved though (currently at 168) I have lost inches instead. Would be nice to loose a few more pounds though!

I went to the gym last night the the OH instead of going in the morning. Will definatley be glad to get back tomorrow morning. It was so busy!! I did enjoy the lie in though ;-)

Gym done this morning. Was feeling strangely motivated!! Got there early (well, ontime... im usualy late!) and finished later than usual :-) Happy Tuesday everyone!

thats Fridays gym done! looking forward to sleeping tomorrow! Tired today, as spent all day yesterday moving boxes around sorting out the archiving rooms at work. Little achey but glad i made it to the gym :)

I include water and decaf tea/coffee so long as its only got a small amount of milk in it.

Dont worry im still motivated! Made it to the gym 4 x last week. (cant do everyday or i have trouble walking/generally moving!!) First day this week was this morning, feeling tired but glad i went :-) Mondays tend do be automatically ruled out at the moment, just because its monday. Going to try and get something done next…

3! Yesterday was the first time i managed to do a proper one ever. Managed two yesterday, 3 today. Not many but i was still dead happy with ymself for even doing one whole one!

bit late to the gym this morning. managed to get on "the floor" by 7:15 so only did an hour. It was hard but had a little NSV. Managed to do 2 actual pushups! Never done one before that wasnt on my knees hah! Wonder if i can do 3 tomorrow... :-)

morning all! First day back at the gym after being poorly (didnt make at the weekend as wasnt better :-/ ) It was hard!! Gald i went though, just looking forward to home time... may be a long day at work haha!

Today was my rest day, which was lucky as i woke up poorly :( Have been hitting the lemsips all day but probably means i cant go tomorrow either. Not impressed as i have the mother in laws birthday tea tomorrow night so wanted to earn a few extra cals!! Oh well, guess ill be gyming it over the weekend!

Managed to drag myself out of bed this morning! Really didnt want to, but glad i did. Feeling achey already so hope i can walk tomorrow haha! I was okay last week once id gotten into the early starts, i think the 2 afternoon gym sessions at the weekend and then not going on monday made it harder to get up this morning.…

I have long thick hair, and wash it after i workout. I workout before work, so dont want to go with greasy hair. (mine always goes greasy after a workout) I towel dry it then put it in a bun, keeps it out the way all day and doesnt matter that i havnt bothered to dry it!
