Yes! I'm fair skinned so I'm almost puce by the time I finish a run. I swear people stare at me running because they're afraid I'm about to collapse lol

I'm going to echo the Old Navy capri option. They are my favorite ones I own; light, wicking, non-see through, affordable and mine have a small zipper pocket in the back big enough to fit an ID card and a key - perfect!

I love this workout (and many other of the fitness blender ones...but watch some training videos to make sure you're performing the movements properly, especially the swing). I log my KB under circuit training also.

^This^ I feel cheated when I drink my meals....I need solids!

Under "check-in" on your profile page underneath of all the measurements is a link to "edit previous measurements". From there you can change the starting weight.

Maple syrup on eggs is amazing! Go to any cabane a sucre (sugar shack...the places that make maple syrup here in Quebec) and get a full meal....eggs, bacon, pancakes, sausages, mashed potatoes, ham...maple syrup goes on top of everything! Most gross breakfast for me....I tried overnight refrigerator oats once...and only…

If it's a nighttime run I don't eat anything before ('cept whatever I had for supper hours earlier). If it's an early morning run I'll usually opt for a banana.

I have it by prescription, but it is available OTC.

I have GERD and I find working out helps (not as much as weight loss and proper eating though). I take Ranitidine (Zantac) 150 (twice a day) and it helps wonders. But definitely talk to your Doctor. I had it so bad before treating that I lost my voice!

I don't log most of those things, except gardening. When I garden it's serious - lots of lifting, shoveling/digging, tilling, walking, squating...etc....i sweat more than when I jog lol

Right now I'm battling a lung infection, so I'd say lungs :p But seriously, hips and belly! Working on it...
-
I'm 5' 1" and 124 (up from 119 with a lung infection). Started here at 169. Have no clear target, but thinking 110-115. What works for me....running. I started running and haven't looked back. Love it for the physical and mental health benefits. I also picked up kettlebell, following mostly fitnessblender workouts on…

This sounds so beautiful!! :'( I fit pancakes in at least once a month. I think you just helped me plan tonight's dinner!

Food scale Jacket for running in winter weather Shoes, ones for summer and ones for winter running I "bought" a fitbit with my airmiles, but can't say it has helped much (I do like the pedometer function though) I agree on the smartphone thing too!!

Pretty much this.....including the Montreal part

Wow, sounds like there are many flavors I'm missing out on! We've got regular, swiss and cheddar. But I love them, especially on sandwiches/wraps of any kind. Sometimes I put a couple in my spaghetti sauce to make a creamy/rosée kind of tomato sauce. Definitely going to try that chicken recipe...sounds delish!

Well put! Thank-you, I think this was the little bit of motivation I needed today. My daughter just started Kindergarten, so I get it!

Wow! What a great NSV!! That must have been fantastic - you deserve the new stuff for sure! NSV = non-scale victory :)

Thanks so much for sharing your story! I too have 2 children...highest weight of 182 (preggo) and 169 (not preggo). Your post was very encouraging and inspiring!

Sweet potato fries...they're so pretty....but no.

I certainly don't think it's 25%, but I don't know. What I do know is that you look amazing! Killer back!!
-
You are an absolute inspiration! Congrats on making all of these great changes for you! You look so happy, beautiful inside and out!

2 kids here too....an almost 5 year old daughter and an almost 3 year old son. Most of my workouts come after the kids go to bed (8pm ish) or early morning on the weekends. Usually in the form of a jog outdoors, kettlebell inside or some Jillian Michaels. The kettlebell has been a godsend as it takes up little room and is…

1. I manage to keep it quiet enough with both of my kids sleeping downstairs, and the "loudest" parts are the cardio...think skipping, hopping sounds. 2. I do it in my living room on a carpet about 6 x 4 feet big and never step off the carpet.

I used my Wii a lot at the beginning. My favorite is EA Sports Active 1 & 2.

Guilty of a few of these! But, thanks for #8, never thought of that!!

I make banana "ice cream" all the time (using the Yonanas machine now....much easier and less time consuming) and keep it in my freezer for extended periods of time...I even take it out....allow it to partially defrost to make it easier to scoop as it gets pretty solid completely frozen, and then put it back in the freezer…

Bump...I have some ideas, but have to get home first!!

It's a brilliant idea...I think I will adopt it!
