Getting up early is always good and even start working out on the one day you have off. Could you go straight to a gym after work even if only 30 minutes? Or the first 3 minutes when you get home?

You can add me, I have been doing Atkins for a few months but now I am going to eat fruit and veggies and try to stay between 50-100 net carbs daily.

I am very glad that I found this post, I have been following Atkins (along with my weight loss surgery) and I think that I am going to up my net carbs to the 50-100 range. Hope it works!
