I was diagnosed 22 years ago when I was 15 years old. There have been some pains in the *kitten* but with it but I am just glad the Doctor was wrong about me having kids. It took some heart break but my daughter is 20 months old. At 37 years old and now that we are not having any more kids it is time to get my weight back…

Hi there I am a stay at home mom who almost 2 years postpartum needs to loose 60lbs. I have had success in the past with My Fitness pal and hope to again. The last time it was only 30lbs that I wanted to loose at the time. This time it is much more. Add me if you want

I actually like Dr. Phil. And the book seems to have some phycology behind it. After gaining 40lbs after being pregnant I need something to get me going. I have PCOS it is hard on a good day to loose weight.

I am sorry for your loss and I would be honored to have friends that have gone through this so that when we are having a bad day no one is going to jump down another's throat. thanks for sharing

I am sorry for your loss and I am glad to know that you can get back on track. I am an emotional eater and that is my problem right now.

Wow you have gone through a lot and you are doing it with grace. thanks for the support! I wish I had even a ounce of energy or motivation to add to my 12,000-16,000 steps that I do at work everyday. But right now I am going to keep tracking and if I can get in an walk or something then I will. thanks

I have the Fitbit one and the Aria scale and I love them both .Please don't look at my progress now cause it foes not reflect the fact that I did lose 37lbs in 2 years with by fitbit. The problem is I have gained all that back but that is because life got in the was. I could not live with out my fitbit one and will buy…

sometimes it is not about what you do but what you eat. If you ate anything that had a lot of salt the day or two before you weigh yourself that causes the scale to add water weight.

I lost 27lbs and gained all but 1lb back since I have been logging in on MFP. I gained it all back in 4 months. Between 2 major deaths in the family and a miscarriage that I am dealing with this month I am still not in the position to workout. But I can be supportive, I want to get back at it soon because I want to be back…

I am so glad to see that I am not the only one going through this. My husband and I have been married since 2006 but this year at the age of 34 and at 185lbs we were finally in the position to start a family. We started trying in July after I got off birth control. In Aug I missed a period which for me rarely happens and I…

Fitbit ultra also comes with a wrist band for sleeping and you can hide it on your bra during the day or on a clip that fits on your pants. If the flex only stays on your wrist then it a bit harder to hide what you are trying to accomplish. I love mine and customer service to Canada is awsome. thought I did not get a clip…

I know the feeling cause I have been in your shoes. About 14 years ago I was at my lowest weight 165lbs and life was good. I decided to move home and in 6 years I ballooned to 220lbs or more (not sure. By the pictures I would say more possibly), in that time I was in school and got married to a wonderful guy. I am a chef…
