  • I have no idea how to add pics in here, but I've been taking monthly pictures of my progress...I've only lost around 5-10 lbs at most, but I definitley think I look SO different. Here's a link to one of my blog posts w/ pics: http://corduroyveins.blogspot.com/2013/04/monthly-progress_14.html
  • I am starting the shred today and wanted to know what you enter it in as when you enter "my exercise"....I couldn't find anything in the database!
  • yay! i am going to start the 30 day shred tomorrow and i am so excited! i was trying to see how many calories i would burn per workout and couldn't find it in the exercise database! what do you enter when you do it??
  • I am in the same boat! I've been in the upper 150's for almost a year now. I went on a no-carb diet in January and got down to 152, but once I stopped depriving myself, I bounced right back up to 159 - which is where I've been for a few months. Now I've been doing MFP religiously for almost a month, and though the scale…
  • Awesome! I am looking for the same thing...I started on MFP about three weeks ago, and only looking at my own profile has gotten kind of boring. I had one person from the site add me and the encouragement has done wonders for me. I also love seeing her progress...it's motivating in itself!
  • As someone who loves biking, I would say that there is no substitute for outdoor riding! When it's unpleasant, I will hit up the exercise bike at the gym and am almost always disappointed. Being indoors and on a flat terrain with a timer in my face certainly sucks the fun out of it and makes it feel like a chore - like…
  • I'm 25 and just graduated from Grad school. Being in college led to binge eating and binge exercising and now that I'm graduated, I'm hopefully on my way to a more routine [and healthier!] life! Definitely feel free to add me...I like seeing everyone's progress so I can cheer them on and feel motivated, myself :)
  • Especially now that it's summertime and chafing has reared it's ugly head, I definitely can't wait for this NSV - or the 140's! Good work :)
  • That's awesome :) Makes me want to try the C25K!
  • It's also national Ice Cream month! Torture.
  • I have a similar dilemma....I've been eating super healthy (under my calorie max every day), working out a lot (over my exercise min every day) for over three weeks now and the scale tells me I've actually gained a pound. How in the world is this possible?!
  • I am currently 160 and hope to get back down to 130, which is what I weighed 5 years ago. Here's to hoping my body will let me!
