Day 1 - dun n dusted! My push up form sucks I am sure they will improve as the challenge progresses. The last 2 dips were challenging. I felt it already! Great challenge!

G'day squatters!! Had my 2.14 mile run this am!! Woo hooo!! I will be 5k ready for the 10th!! Came home popped off 63, then 62 squats for the challenge, none for the app (it gave me some rest LOL). :laugh:

I vote abs...I run 3 days a week and will start lifting on alternate days, so if you choose 30DS I will have to sadly:sad:, but gracefully bow out.

Good luck Anne! I have been running about 8 weeks now. I have a my first 5k in Aug, Color Run in Sept and my first 10k in Oct! Nervous about the 10k, but my coach thinks I will be ready, so I will build my confidence with my 5ks til then!

Had a not as good food choice day yesterday. Celebrated my sister's birthday. One not so good food day, means I am back on the horse today! 100 squats for challenge done n dusted an additional 44 per my squat app!:ohwell:

I take the Estroven w/multi vitamins. I have fewer to no night sweats and very short personal summer's. LOL. This blend also does wonders for the mood swings!
