I am in recovery right now, but my previous 32G's used to wear the Panache sports bra. I ran 3x a week (plus two 5ks), zumba'd, walked and lifted in it with no problems. Highly recommend the Panache.

@Replies, as a sufferer from diverticulitis and I run, lift and do aerobics agree that OP had an unfortunate coincidence. Actually, exercise is a benefit and helps if you have eaten something you have should not have. Just my opinion and what I have learned in my experience.
