I'm going to jump in coz I've been at 2 min. for a couple months and wanting to up it, but feeling sort of stuck. Having a pattern for increasing will be motivating! I saw someone asked earlier if it matters if you have straight arms or not: My wrists are weak so I do it with bent arms (i.e. on my forearms), but it burns plenty!0
