I just found this challenge so I will post my weight in the morning (I have eaten for the day and when I weigh, it is in morning before any intake). I will lose 20lbs for labor day and any extras will be a blessing! I am going to Jamaica the end of September and I would not know how to act if I can confidently sport a sexy…

Hi Sandra, You can add me also. I don't care for the treadmill personally, I found walking or running outside to be more relaxing and challenging. I think you will do well because you are in the right place. :-)

A friend of myne took this medication. She lost the weight and gained the energy, but as soon as she stopped-the weight was back with a vengence and her that drug manufactured energy GONE. There are no shortcuts to getting healthy and staying healthy. The race is not to the swift but to the steady! ;-)

Hello! I weigh in daily. I weigh in the morning after my shower, before putting anything in my system. I am also logging everyday also, which keeps me abreast and accountable for my fluctuations. I know that if I eat heavy in the evening I am going to weigh heavier in the morning. When I hit 120, I might start weighing in…

I just tried Jillian Michaels Power Yoga followed by Gold's Gym Fast Abs for the first time and it was AWESOME!!
