had a sick and teething 5 month old so no time/ energy to workout the last 3 days, but i'll be starting L2D1 tomorrow. Sometimes life gets in the way of even the best intentions :(

L1D9 done! Have a little twinge in my right knee but pushed through. I've heard that lvl 2 is easier om the knees!

L1D8 done, only 2 more days left in level 1 and I'm glad, getting a little bored.

just finished L1D6, took yesterday as a rest day and am feeling much much stronger today!

I've heard of alot of people having an initial gain the first few days of the shred. A combination of muscle gain and the muscles retaining water. Keep it up!

L1D3 complete! I didn't feel like collapsing at the end for the first time so that must be a good sign! Keep up the good work everyone!

L1D2 done! Doing it @ 10 pm was no fun but I'm glad I did it! Heres hoping I'm able to get out of bed in the morning without cringing :)

Just finished d1L1, it was the first time I have really worked out since getting pregnant nearly 14 months ago and I definitely felt the burn haha

I was planning on starting the shred today! It's time to say goodbye to the baby weight! Would love some motivation!
