Hi everyone, I know its pretty late now but I've been sick this past week, haven't been online in awhile.I still don't see the final chart yet. My final weight as of Wednesday was 205lbs. Good work to everyone and good luck. I will definitely push harder this month.

Monday - Got in my 65 mins of Zumba abs and sculpt and tone Tuesday - free day Wednesday - No workout (busy/lazy) Thursday - 60 mins Friday - Zumba live DVD (55 mins) + 30 mins Treadmill Oh yeah ..must remember to drink my water!
