I don't think much will change but as I slowly reach my goal weight I feel better and better

You can. I lost more than 50 lbs while eating some of my favorite local foods. I usually pick lunchtime to gorge on them. You won't feel too hungry for dinner too

I'm about 5'1.5" in height and currently about 10 stones. Ideally, I'd like to be around 7 stones. I don't think I'd actually lose that much, but just keeping the goal weight wide so I could lose as much. I used to be at around 8.5 stones and still looked fat.
