I wear a size 18 (US) and I had to get new black pants a few months ago and it was a size 20......and I freaked out but then I realized that black pants are made different and from different material. We're all on the same road.....I wanna get down to a "normal" size not a size 18

great job yall!!! I have swam two days this week am swimming 3 this week for class and got out my bike and rode 2 miles one day this week but with the hurricane and church activities I couldn't ride this weekend. haven't weighed though

Do NOT eat back all the cals you burn people tell you to do this but you need a deficit in order to lose weight. I agree with everyone a normal salad is about 35cals/cup of salad. the DRESSING is what gets you -- the best dressing is a vinaigrette based or even better if you make your own -- I've started doing that.
