I do 1/2 apple and 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup EACH of water and Simply Orange juice, 1 and 1/4 cups of kale and a few ice cubes...yummy! And, I'm not a veggie person, so this is a tasty and easy way to get them in. It also makes such a quick breakfast on the go! PS: I've been only been doing this for a week, so keep it up! Good…
