  • my motivation is me. I want to look good for me for my kids and I want to stay healthy. I want to be able to keep up with my kids, feel good and look healthy.. My family also has tons of history with diabetics and I was diabetic with one of my pregnancies, Keeping the weight off makes sure I dont become a diabetic again
  • I am 5 1 I am currently at 125, I was 137 when I was preggo w #3.. I want to get down to 115. I really try to stick to unprocessed foods and whole grains, its HARD I dont have a lot of time to exercise with a job and 3 kids
