No. Don't log anything according to what the package says is in a serving. It's almost always more. And depending on what the product is, it can be off by a lot.

Yes! That bar probably weighs more than the package says. For example, i like to snack on rice rolls. The package serving is one roll (10g). But I weigh the roll and instead of just logging one roll, I log it by grams. And go figure, one roll is actually usually closer to 18grams. Almost twice as much as the package says.…

I've always thought in terms of around .5-1% of you body weight a week.

I LOVE spiraling carrots and sautéing them with shrimp and Alfredo sauce. I weigh pre packaged food. And even slices of bread too. They are almost always more grams than the serving size on the package. Not weighing those pre packed items can add up to a fairly large number of unlogged calories.

I do Wednesday's just cause the weekend can be pretty all over the place with sodium and that give me a couple days for the water weight to even back out. :-) Plus I like how it sounds "weigh in Wednesday" lol

I gain a few days before, steadily go up each day, then on day one or two of my period will have a big drop in weight. Doesn't bother me. I like it actually because it helps me anticipate my period.
