Interesting how they implied that aerobic people have more will power than bodybuilders. Seems bodybuilding would have to have will power from all sides of the lifestyle from diet, rest, strength training(which requires a very intense focus), AND aerobic training and artistic/asthetics side as well.

Depends on your goal. If you are just trying to lose pounds and are pretty well versed to what kind of foods do what then you don't need to log. If you are going for a certain amount of body fat like 8%, and have macros budgets, then logging is going to get you there faster than winging it.

Best of luck. I started some moderate carb restrictions in my diet to try and improve some blood work numbers as well. triglycerides when down almost immediately and am waiting for cholesterol to drop on the next round of tests. Look at it as a new way of eating versus a temporary tool to get you to a goal.

I agree. Whenever something is fat free, carbs are added to it to balance the feel or taste of it.

I generally like muscularity on women but the above picture with that vascularity might be a tad to much. But I bet those legs would look more cuddly in her off season with a few more % of bf. I have a soft spot for nice calves as well.
