All my babies were fat. Like between 20-25 pounds at 4 months fat. Their height percentiles were just as high as their weight, so our pediatrician never had an issue with their size. If they had been in the 95th percentile for weight and 25th for height, that would have been one thing but they overall were just big babies.…

Belly and back are really tough for me. I lose quickly in my arms and legs.

My boobs aren't the issue, it's everything below it. Working on trying to get my belly to stop looking like a front butt.

I can eat an entire try of Stouffer's meat lasagna and not even miss a beat stabbing someone with my fork if they try to steal a bite.

We do one to spend, one to save, one to give. So their spending money is just that, they have a portion they keep saved and another that they donate to whatever charity they'd like.

Congratulations on all your success!

Little goals. I started strength training a little over four weeks ago. I knew it would be hard and I'd be sore and that the results would be slow to come thanks to this sweet body cast of flub I've managed to put over my muscles. But each week I have a little definition in my calves or a nice bulge in my shoulder that…

When student drivers and kids with their first jobs look like they're in the fifth grade. I also had to explain what camera film was to my 10 year old the other day.

If you can get to the store, I'd hunker down with a precooked rotisserie chicken and some salad. If not, sandwiches and fruit will at least tide you over.

I got shrink marks the last time I lost about 20 pounds all down the fronts of my legs. So on top of the ones up my stomach and around my belly button, everything around my hips to my back, my inner thighs and boobs that look like bloodshot eyes from getting bigger, I also get marks from getting smaller. Bad genetics are a…

To have my kids put aside Superman and Batman and to see ME as a superhero. Oh, and to have an *kitten* that don't quit.

I recently rededicated, too. I'm in!

I love this. Just goes to show how a little bit of admiration and kindness can go such a long way.

To be honest, I did a few times when I first started. I was very sedentary and lazy and it gave me a sense of accomplishment and a boost I needed at the time to start paying attention to myself and my surroundings and how I was impacting them. I wouldn't log it now, not even for a major cleaning job but I also made…

I separate candies like M&M's and Skittles by color and eat them in a circle from least favorite to most favorite until the quantities match and then go in the opposite order until they're gone.

In for a side of Puppy McNuggets.

This is me as well. I live in a state where fruit especially isn't grown and it adds up quickly. I'm willing and able to do it but I won't discount that there are far cheaper meals to be had.

Lord girl, I bought a pair in hopes of having the kind of side boobage/nipped waist look you have. Stunning!

Mine is open as well.

My breakfast used to be a pot of coffee followed by the shakes (that counts as cardio, right?? ) but I've traded that in for a real breakfast.
