I've done it both ways. Now, I do count them and wouldn't go back to not counting them. Set your calories to a reasonable spot and counting them won't seem so bad. They are generally lower calorie than non-whole, non-fresh foods.

Dove Promises chocolate in milk or dark chocolate. I bring one or two with me to work often. I also eat chocolate very frequently, like other posters said, it's all portion control. And straight chocolate is going to be way better than hot chocolate or a candy bar or anything along those lines.

Chobani in any flavor except lemon (yuck). 0% plain chobani with fruit, agave nectar (or honey), and vanilla extract is delicious, sweet, and still has way less sugar than the pre-flavored ones. I LOVE greek yogurt but I still have to have sweetener in it. Maybe one day I can file my sweet tooth down enough to just like it…

I had the same problem. If you don't have any other option, just keep trying it and maybe you can give them busy things to do in the stroller? Or promise the playground (or other incentive) afterward. That helped me a little. But, to be honest, this is why I ended up need to get a gym membership some place that had child…

Prep the night before. Cook on Sunday and have leftovers on Mon-Tues for lunch. My go to breakfast is overnight oatmeal in a jar. Or eggs. They take 5 minutes! I'm a busy, full time working, single mom and I find time to make my own food. You can do it, you just have to choose to.

Thankfully, it hasn't happened to me. I've seen guys in there with terrible form though, so I know better than to take their advice. I'm really glad now that I took a weight training class in college that did a good job of teaching me the basics and good form.
