Being one of the really fit people in the gym. Not feeling like a dressed up cow. Setting new fitness goals. Buying new jeans that make my as$ look awesome. Having a normal BMI for the first time ever! Maintenance level calories sound like heaven.

After work. Like a previous poster, I pick my kid up after I get off at 5 then drop her off in the gym childcare. Mornings aren't an option as the gym doesn't have childcare before 9 am. I like working out in the early evenings though; I actually have a lot of energy at that time of day.

I do this sometimes if I'm working out in the morning! It does help. But so does eating fruit just before working out.

If I burned calories I didn't log that day...like sex or a short walk. Or going to the playground with my kid. It totally evens out. :D

I am beginning 30DS today. I've done it before and liked it. I also run. I plan on getting 20 min a day of exercise of some sort, though I may take a rest day per week from 30DS. I found a calculation of 1.11 cals per pound you weigh, so I created my own exercise and logged it that way. Logging it as "circuit training"…
