You should have enough space to do a jumping jack. I do it in my little dining roomish area of my 1 bedroom apartment and it works great. If you have enough room to do a jumping jack and lay down for crunches you'll be fine!

I should be working on my paper that is due by midnight tonight right now, but instead I'm on MFP....and facebook, and my email, and doing anything else that catches my attention and involves not working on my paper! Get it together self!

I just set my calories to my goal weight. Not using this formula, I did it my using the BMR tool on here. I found my BMR for my goal weight and multiplied it by 1.2 for sedentary/desk job. I just changed it two days ago so I don't have anything to report yet. If you would like to friend me and we can see how it works out…

Even though you are super eager to get the job don't come off that way. When I was looking for a job I met with a recruiter that said she happy to know I was so eager, but I needed to tone it down for the interview. If you are overly excited you could come off as desperate for a job. I had never thought of it like that?…

I'm running a 10k on July 4th. It's one of the hardest runs ever just cause it's so freakin hot!!! My goal right now it is to run the race shirtless! (sportsbra of course) I want to feel comfortable enough to not wear a shirt for the run!

I almost always wear makeup. I don't wear a lot though. Without makeup and with glasses..... With makeup (light makeup for a Saturday daytime outing) and no glasses... (Hope this works...first time posting pictures.)
