I weigh it before cooking. I used to have a boss that was really really big into weight watchers and she said that you are supposed to weigh it before. So, that's what I've always stuck to. I googled it a couple of times and found the same answer.

I weigh anything that isn't pre-portioned. When I buy packs of chicken breast or ground beef I weigh it out into portions and freeze. Comes in super handy since I'm normally cooking for one!

Learning to cook with a crock pot was a great suggestion. If you would like to learn to cook there are a lot of great beginner cookbooks out there. One that I know of is from food network and it's called "How to Boil Water". It not only gives you recipes, but it teaches you basic techniques and gives you lists of items…

I pay attention!!!! I normally wear a thong...not cause of panty lines, it's just my normal everyday underwear of choice and they are super comfy to me.

I'm going to one tonight as well, I got a 1lb bar of Hershey chocolate and a 1lb pack of Reese's Cup. I know I'm going to a party with chocolate lovers! I went to one last week and brought a Rubbermaid pitcher and filled it with Kool-Aid packets! There was some fighting for that one!
