                Nice to see someone else in my situation! I have my PT at the beginning of October, three and half weeks to go. I just got back from the beach 2 weeks ago, which kind of set me back a little bit. Ready to get this out of the way!

                Hi, Patrick here, currently a full time reservist (ART). I was active duty from 06-10 doing 2 tours overseas. My fitness and weighed has diminished since I got off of active duty, so I am on here to bring it up to par.

                Yea it is rough trying to fit in working out in such a busy schedule. I am fairly new to this also, so I am learning as I go along. I guess just try to keep your diet on par and mark that you aren't active on your MFP so that it sets you intake correctly. Good Luck!

                There is one that I found on the internet last week that is called 5 Can Soup. I have a large Crockpot also that I use for this, usually double the recipe. What is nice is that it makes a lot, plus very low calorie per serving. I tried it on Tuesday and still eating leftovers. Let me know what you think if you try it out.…
