We all have those days. just start off with a clean slate and eat what you normally would and do a good workout and get back on track.

Travel is always tough. Tought to eat right, tough to workout. Your right, try to eat as healthy as you can and then for working out, just do something. even if a short time. great work

once a day, in the morning, exact same routine and track it every day. My issue is that if i do not not do this it is very easy for me to get off track.

Great job. 2 years is terrific...losing is great, but keeping it off is the tough part! To do that for 2 years takes some hard work.
