I've done the Shred a few times, but only once all the way through. I'd love to find some accountability partners!

I'm a vegetarian, too. Here's some options I like: A banana with almond butter on top English muffin breakfast sandwich with scrambled egg whites, cheddar cheese, and spinach Green smoothie (almond milk, spinach, chia seeds, and banana) PB&J Greek yogurt (almond butter and smashed fruit) Kashi waffles with almond butter…

Awesome, thanks!

Awesome! I'll add you so we can support each other, and you can see how I add it - per Livestrong, Level 1 burns 166 calories.

My friend uses water bottles as weights, and she says it works just fine!

Well I'm here for you! What Jillian recommends is taking every 6th day off. I've found that my body tells me when to take a break. I have weak knees, so I have to make sure they don't buckle. If they feel weak, like today, I take a break. It's tough, but so worth it!

It doesn't hog up too much space in a room. I typically do it in my room to avoid bothering anyone. When you're ready to start, we're here for ya!

Awesome! Would love to keep up with you both!

Absolutely! I love it, it's hard, but I've seen changes three days in before. I think the levels are on YouTube to make it easier for you to start on Monday.

I've been a vegetarian since August 2007, and although I have tried many, many times to go vegan, I just love cheese too much. But I would love to find more veggie friends and exchange new dishes! Feel free to add me!

Fantastic job!!!

Lay's potato chips, and sour cream and green onion dip. I can't even share it when it's around, it's that good.

I pack a lot of sandwiches, and never get burnt out on them. I'm a vegetarian, so I stuff them full of veggies, and I replace the lettuce with baby spinach - it's less soggy, more filling, and MUCH healthier. I'm also addicted to green smoothies. I have a Magic Bullet at home, so I make mine the night before. I usually…

You can totally tell a difference! You look great! What helps me sometimes is to wear the same clothes in the after shot as the before shot. Keep up the great work!!

Feel free to friend me! I've lost 60 lbs so far, and am looking to lose another 15 lbs. I'm motivated everyday through Christ.

I stopped feeling sick on Day Four! It's awful, but you see results quick!
-
I'm starting it today for the second time! I did it back in May, but got into a car accident and had to stop. I was on Day 9, too - one day away from Level Two! Ahhh! Here we go again!

Feel free to add me! I've been a vegetarian since August 17, 2007. Love trying new vegan foods, too!

You look amazing! What a transformation! Proof that hard work and dedication pays off!!

I have one baby one - an outline of a daisy (the kind that you doodle in class) on my left wrist. It's the size of a nickel, but I love it. Daisies have always been my favorite flower, it isn't a serious, life-like daisy because that isn't who I am, and it has five petals - one for my dad, one for my mom, one for my…

An elephant's penis. How funny!

I'll add you! We could all use extra support. =)

You look amazing! Love your story, and all of the pictures you took along the way - I wish I would have done that! Great, great job!

I would love to have more MFP friends that are in it for the long run. Feel free to add me!
-
Thank you so much! I'm going to stick with it, and see where it takes me.

Started today too! Would love some 30DS friends.

Hi - just getting back into MyFitnessPal, and have never posted before, so bare with me. =) I just did Day 1 of the 30 Day Shred, plan on doing it for 30 days straight, and sticking to a mostly natural diet. The box says that you can lose up to 20 pounds in 30 days - I only need/want to lose 10-12, but I so don't want to…
