I talked to my dr about this.. and over-eating IS a disorder. Some people don't want to think of it as one, but, they are so very wrong. A disorder is a disorder. Your trainer acted very unprofessional towards you, not only that, but she should know and be up to date with things. It is too bad, it is really people like her…

I buy the small single serving of yogurt, and add organic crushed flax seed to it. Love it that way! Because sugar stores as fat is why I am watching my intake - I'm not diabetic.. but I don't want to have a high intake.. I have all the stored fat I need! Thanks!

I eat LOTS of veggies.... and chicken, turkey, tuna, salmon, some beef, fresh fish, rice cakes, fruit. Some peanut butter.. the odd baked potato or brown/wild rice, whole wheat flat bread, whole grain cereal, umm..yogurt... stuff like that. I really try hard not to eat anything refined or precessed. I have other stuff…

I am ALWAYS over on my sugar intake.. bananas usually kill it for me.. and fruit in general. Then add in just normal foods and I am usually over by noon! I would like to think that natural sugar is better.. and is ok.. but I know too much is not good.

I think it is rather low though. I struggle to eat all my 1200 calories/day. I just can't seem to want to eat my burned calories... Oh.. I could.. but I don't want to eat cookies.. muffins.. and junk food! lol

well.. the things we cut when we had to were cable, going out to eat, we started spending more time playing board games, and going to the playground with the kids... also for entertainment we searched for all of the free things to do in our area. but we did keep the internet. We started going to second hand stores to buy…

I look constantly pregnant, so, I have started crunched.. side to side crunches as well.. I do them in the sauna at the pool, that is supposed to help.. who knows?

I am 311 lbs and 5'7".. my right one is 16 3/4" and my left one is 18". My ankles are nice and small though! hahahaha I am so uneven! What are cankles??

fiber, caffeine, and too much lettuce will do this to me... drink lots of fluids, try to avoid caffeine.. which can make it worse. I have had this quite a few times.. (I refer to it as 'brown water' LOL) My friend gets it too.. from stress and too much coffee.. Hope this helps.. let me know! Hugs!

umm.. ok.. so I didn't know that stress can cause water weight gain.. that would explain my 2lbs gain this week. I am so so so super stressed to tears. Thanks!!
