I had a hard time with doing it on my own, that is why I chose to try Ideal Protein. That is also why I am on MFP as well. I needed all the help I can get. Plus.. not being hungry helps! Some days I crave sweets.. or chips.. and they have that snack food as well. Chips.. and bars.. and puffs! All yummy! :)

you are SOOOOOO not alone! I pig out on Wed evenings/Thursdays after weigh in! I feel so bad after, but I just can't seem to help it!! Also, if I am stressed I do it too. Hang in there... you can do it!!

not looking for a quick fix.. just something to help out with craving and hunger during that time of month... with out it I am a-ok with my food and balance everything good.. there are a few days though... :grumble:

I agree with MJKC9397, I track it by the 'dancing, aerobic, ballet or modern, twist' It's so much fun.. and funny too!:laugh:

I always gain when I am on it.. always super hungry and super tired too! Not a good combo.. good luck and glad you're able to maintain!

I do that almost nightly.. at 3am.. I grab a spoon of peanut-butter and a 1/2 a banana, or sometimes just the peanut-butter, plus a glass of water. I do eat protein before bed as well, I guess I just am hungry? Good luck!

I have been stalled between 298-306.. I can't seem to start losing more right now.. It's been about a good 2 months. I am going to up my fat and protein.. honestly, the only carbs I have are in my fuber35 shake and veggies/fruit. I eat very very little or no bread products.. or anything with sugar.. unless it is natural.…

well.. when I feel that way now.. I go look at swim suits.. makes me feel gross BUT I also get some motivation from that as well!

I'm here for you.. I have done this a few times now.. this is my 3rd time. the last 2 times I lost over 100lbs.. only to pile it back on.. and fast! Hang in there.. you are doing wonderful! Remember that you can do it!!

Sun Rype Fruit to Go - Apple Peach Crisps is the exact name! there is also the apple cinnamon ones too.

actually Sun Ripe Fruit Crisps have NO added sugar or anything.. just apples and a bit of cinnamon. They are 100 calories for 1 cup, and are ADDICTING!!!! I added it to the food system on here if you want to look it up. hope this helps!
