  • I will join gladly! CW: 178 GW: 150.
  • Oh and one more thing, it is true. A calorie is a calorie, no matter what way it goes. What sets healthy calories apart from non healthy calories is the way that they are broken down in your body. Your body does not process the sugar in candy and say "Hey, this was from a Wonka bar!". It processes it as sugar. Just like it…
  • In my eyes, eating real food in its most natural possible state is what is important. I do agree with not straying from fat (you need it to absorb vitamins... it acts as a spark plug in our bodies so that we can utilize the nutrients). I stopped drinking diet soft drinks and using artificial sweetener and swapped it with…
  • Lilstarz, profile pic. Cute dress. Love the hair.
  • The hot summer air blowing in through an apartment window with the sounds of the city (cars, people, horns, sirens....) and the smell of all of the restaurants. That, my friends, puts me to sleep. It reminds me of when I would visit family when I was little. We always lived in the country and our family lived in the city…
  • If you are basically saying you weigh like 190 (I based it off of the fact you still want to lose 45 and your ticker goal is 145), then you are storing it in bricks on the scale. Because you look absolutely fantastic. There is no way. You look like you weight about 155.

  • I have been doing the P90X Workouts and they really kick your butt, but they aren't too difficult. They put you right in that point where you are challenging yourself but not about to pass out from over exertion. They are also great because the guy is not too cheesy about everything and he makes humor out of it.
