I will add a tad of vanilla, cinnamon and sweetener of choice to 1/4 cup of cottage cheese, and broil the cottage cheese mixture on toasted bread. Top with 1/2 cup of pineapple (crushed or tidbits, your choice).

Don't I know it! I had the same problem after I joined in 2011. It seemed that my momentum was not there after the 1st or 2nd weeks of logging. I would make half-hearted attempts to participate in this forum. This time I want it bad as my husband is now on board with me (he wasn't before), and that gives me the will power…

I say to each their own. As for me, drinking milk and other dairy products helps to relieve the "charley horses" in my legs at nightime. Has anyone every awoken with a severe cramp in the back of the calf or top of thighs of their legs? Not pleasant, I can assure you, not to mention interruption to sound sleeping. Have a…

I'm a Nana of 4 with another one coming in the fall. I have not even seen my youngest grandson, born in 2011, except by internet as he lives with his parents and big brother in Aberdeen, Scotland, and I live in USA, state of Georgia. I'm on my way to being 61 real soon, and I want to be able, like one poster stated, to get…

I season the zucchini slices with Italian seasonings and parmesan, and then I broil the slices until slightly browned on both sides. This process, although taking longer in constructing the recipe, helps with reducing the water in your dish after layering with your sauce of choice (mine is ground turkey and marinara sauce)…

Anyone 60+ try WII Zumba? I did, and now I'm waiting to get a chiropractor appointment. I will not, however, let a little pain deter me from working out as I am determined to get better fit this year, and each year from now on out.
