How about, "Thanks! By the way, are you going to finish that? I'm starving!"

Oh yeah, I fell off the wagon and rolled down the hill this week! Don't worry, we'll get back on track! Feel free to add me as a friend and we'll get through the 150's together!

Have you thought about Mirena or another IUD? I did two shots of Depo years ago, and it screwed my hormones up big time. I was already overweight at the time, so I don't know about weight gain, but hope someone else will. Good luck!

Don't beat yourself up. We all have setbacks. The important thing is that you're back on track! Feel free to add me as a friend :smooched:

I use Classico red pepper alfredo sauce. I think it only has 60 calories or so per serving. Throw some steamed veggies on their and a littl parmesan. Delicious!

Good luck! This is a great website :)

I would advise trying to eat lots of soups, especially vegetable based ones. Those will help you feel full and hopefully won't have any of those allergens. You could make your own, or maybe buy ones like Progresso that has a line of low cal soups.

I would think that based on science (calories in, calories out) that as long as you are within your caloric range, it doesn't matter when you eat the calories. I could be wrong, but I tend to do the same thing (eat most of my calories in the evening.) I am anxious to read what other people think!

I have done the same thing for the last three years. I would start a "diet", then about 5 days later completely give it up. Almost all of my jeans are too tight, so I NEED to lose the ten pounds. It's working so far this time. I focused on something else rather than weight--fitting into those old clothes. Money is a little…

To get rid of the sugar cravings use cinnamon. I cut up an apple into circle slices and sprinkle it with a liberal dose of cinnamon. It tastes like eating raw apple pie :) . You can also sprinkle it on baked sweet potato, and that will be like pie too and will help balance your blood sugar and stave off cravings. You can…

I think it can go well in just about anything, but especially starchy foods like potatoes. I'm a vegetarian, but I bet it would make a really good rub for chicken. Also, pretty much any steamed vegetable dish might be yummy, like brocolli or carrots. :)

When I had it on my sweet potato today (with just a little bit of butter) it tasted like pie. It was so wonderful! I need to go buy more now!

You can do it! What seems to help me when starting a reduced-calorie diet is to drink lots of tea, specifically Traditional Medicinals brand "Weightless", and Yogi brand "Green Tea Blueberry slim Life." Once I get past the first 5 days, then I can cut back on the tea, but these really seem to control my appetite. Also, if…

Though I'm certainly no expert, I think that regular Stevia (i.e. Stevia in the Raw) should be fine. It has been around for a long time, and is derived from the leaves of the Stevia plant. I actually grow Stevia in my herb garden. To sweeten a drink, I simply pick a leaf off the plant and put it in the cup with the…
