As a veteran of many hair disasters (mostly self induced :blushing: ) might I suggest heading to the salon? I know it's expensive, but you can't fix color with color, and even after using the other methods to remove most of it, you probably won't be happy until it's completely fixed. Good luck!

I just cooked green lentils last night and made lentil joes. I mixed 1/4 cup manwich sauce with half cup cooked lentils and put it on a whole wheat hamburger bun with mustard. Yum!

Peel some hard boiled eggs, sprinkle with a little salt and put em in a zip lock baggie. They willl fill you up and satisfy you at only 70 calories each!
