  • My favorite is to just roast some veggies (yellow squash, broccoli, asparagus, and onions) in the over with olive oil, salt, pepper, and granulated garlic for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Then I saute some tofu, and its a perfect meal!

  • That's so fascinating. It's interesting that some of the symptoms of an ED are from starvation, not the mental part of it. Like, most people would think the mood swings are from the mental aspect, but really it's just because of the lack of nutrients. Thank you for posting this :) It was a very interesting read -Poppy

  • Yes, I agree. I wanted this to be a positive, healthy resource for those of us who want to recover. This is not a pro-ana site AT ALL. This is all about getting better :)
