What is your goal? Just losing weight, toning up, gaining muscle, cardio? All these will play into your cals. Definitely looks like you are majorly low on your calories though. Be safe, don't drop too far negative you don't want to harm your organs and/or incur injuries.

My favorite snack is without a doubt peanuts! We buy them in the shell 25lbs at a time. They are the unsalted kind which is way better and I don't have the guilt of craming in too many calories coupled with the sodium. I'd say my second favorite is my meal replacement, Shakeology.
