I'm doing my elliptical for 20 minutes right after and sometimes I throw another 20 minutes in in the evening if I feel up to it!

http://www.bigkneepain.com/knee-exercises.html Here is a site that helps with knee strengthening and stretching for your knees. It sounds like your iliotibial band so you would need to do glute stretches. Check it out. I hope it helps.

Day 10 of Level 1 complete! Checking my measurements and starting Level 2 tomorrow! A bit nervous!!! I watched it while I was doing my elliptical this morning and there are a few moves I am already sore thinking about it! lol Way to go everyone! You're all doing great!!!

Are you using proper stance....as Jillian says are you sticking your butt out enough to be sure the knee doesn't go over the foot? Well, I forced myself to take a day of rest. I completed 7 days of level 1, today is my rest day and tomorrow I will do day 8! I was a little discouraged because I hadn't seen any weight come off.
