Day 3 complete today took a day of recovery yesterday(don't count that as a day). Today I was able to complete L1D3 and then do 2 miles/30 min on the elliptical. I feel great today!

I've done it all the way through one time before and this is how it worked for me. I do each level for 10 days each. I don't move on untill I do 10 days. I take a rest day whenever my body tells me to. Like today I was supposed to do L1D3 but I just couldn't I could barely move yesterday so I need a rest. I don't count any…

YES!!! I found I was very sore this morning when I woke up. As I was working out it was fine the soreness went away. But now I can barely move! I'm hobbling around like an old lady.

Completed day 2! I was a little sore when I woke up but I pushed through and got it done! And then did 1 mile on the elliptical. I usually do 2.5 miles, but my legs couldn't take more than a mile today!

I have to do it in the morning so I'm not interrupted by kids! Ugh getting up in the summer was easy but now that it's dark it's a challenge!

OK! I'll join you! I completed it in the summer and loved it! Had great results! Since then I've been doing 35-45 min a day on my elliptical and need more to tone. Not looking forward to the pain but it's a good hurt because I know it's working!

I did it a few months ago and loved it! It works out to be 20 min circuit training. It's a great workout! Level 2 sucked but keep it up you can do it!

Level 3 Day 4! Still loving Level 3 the best! I do not like the Rock Star jumps either. Mostly because all the jumping I'm afraid to wake up the whole house! Ha Ha! I was thinking the same thing I thought I'd throw my weight at Jillian's head, my hands were slippery. I'm loving level 3 also it's much more fun. The planks on the weights hurt one wrist but I'm getting through it! Level 3 Day 2 Complete!!

Day 1 of Level 3 .....Ok not so sure about this level. All the jumping is going to wake my family. I need to be light on my feet. I think this level is going to be much better than level 2!! Level 2 Day 10 Complete! It still killed me I don't feel much better about it! Level 3 looks horriffic!! I'm very happy with the results so far though! From the start on July 12: Down 2" waist, 1/2" hips, 1" thighs and 4.6 lbs! One more level to go!!!

Level 2 Day 8!!! I am definately getting stronger, I was able to do all the advanced moves except of course the jumprope :) The V raises are still killing me but I'm getting through it! And I'm down 2.6 lbs since I started Jillian! I'll take measurements in a few days before I start level 2.

I forgot to check in today..Level 2 day 6! Today was a bit harder than yesterday. I am noticing if I don't get enough sleep I have a hard time pushing through. 4 more days of level 2 I can do this......WE can do this!!!

Level 2 day 5! My trip to Seattle was great and I did not over do the food. Although we did eat out every meal I made good choices. The plank moves are a bit challenging especially the very last one twisting and bringing your knee forward. Do the best you can your doing great!! And good thing your not in my living room I think I need 3 sports bras with all this jumping nonsence!

I just saw this I'm sorry :( Yes Level 2 is making me feel wussy too. But every day is getting easier. I only have 5 lb weights so I am doing the best I can pushing but going slower than they are. The squat V raises kill my arms and I don't know how she squats with her lower legs so strait! I can't do that my knees go…

Level 2 Day 3! I can't believe it's getting easier! Still killed me but I love it! I also was able to add 5 extra min to my elliptical. YAY baby steps!

I did the same thing and I always have calories left ....unless we eat out! I am having the same problem too I work out at 5am and I can't eat before or i'll puke. But I am starving during my workout too I don't know what to do either.

Level 2 Day 2!!! I'm lovin this! I am able to jump out of bed excited to start my work out. I never thought I'd love working out. The double jumprope is a bit much...think I need a tighter sports bra lol:ohwell: . Still taking a few 5 second breaks but I love the results it's giving me.

I haven't lost any weight ....well maybe a few ounces but I won't count that. But I have lost 1" in my waist, and 1" in my thighs, and 1/2" in my calf. So that is what I'm after I'm trying not to focus on the weight....have 20 to lose but really want to be tone and in better shape/health.

Whew.... Level 2 Day 1 COMPLETE! That was a killer! I was definately more exhausted after that one. I had to take a few 5 sec breaks but I did it!
