Good morning All -

Level 2 day 7 . . . . was thinking of taking a day off from it today but I forced myself to do it. Skipped my 20 minute elyptical after because I worked out late yesterday afternoon. . .

Scale hasn't moved since I started this and today it shows me down 1/2 pound. . I know I am losing inches but its nice to see the scale budge even just a little.

Have a great day.

  • level 2, day 6 - day 16 overall.
I was thinking the same thing about the scale - my weight actually went UP, and now it's back to where I started. I lost some inches (in how clothes fit) in the first week, but now I feel like nothing is changing. But I'm still doing this everyday - hoping it will. a bit discouaged today, although I kept up with all the cardio in level 2 today, except for double jump rope. I really hate those and do regular jump rope for one of those segments.

Level 2, day 3 (day 13 overall) - 2 more days til I hit the halfway point and retake my measurements :) I think overall for weight, I'm still up a pound or two but I'm noticing HUGE changes in my arms/legs. I looked down during the military press exercise and thought "wow, my knees look lean...my thigh used to bulge when I bent my knee"...hopefully I'll be able to look down at my midsection and think something similar by the end of this!

    Level 2 day 5!

My trip to Seattle was great and I did not over do the food. Although we did eat out every meal I made good choices. And we did a ton of walking, and carrying my 3 year old while walking way too much! So, I took yesterday as a day of rest. Today back on track and I was amazed at myself, I was able to push through everything only having to pause during the darn jumpropes! YAY! Then finished it with 25 min on the elliptical!!
