Good morning All!

Level 2 day 3 done! The plank things are brutal . . . I really don't want a "V" upper body as she describes though. . . just want toning!
So happy this is something I can do and stick with . . even did 20 minutes on the elyptical after. . .

After I was done I'm sweating like a nutt when I go into the garage and realize my daughter left the LARGE freezer door ajar last night. . . another workout cleaning out the defrosted food!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is it bedtime yet??? :)

    Level 2, day 5! I weighed myself today and I'm finally in the 180's :D I'm very happy, it's was my first goal! My end goal is 165, I'm 5'8, with a bigger frame, broad shoulders. My next small goal is 170's!

    Level 2 day 4! WOW today was not easy but its over! And I had to really push through my 25 min on the elliptical!
    Kind encouragement from all of you gets me through each day! Thank you all!!! We can do this!!!
