I am not worried;) My portion sizes are under control:) I'm going to eat until I'm satisfied, not full. Eat slowly, and just enjoy the day.

woohoo!!!! festivus! My greivance right now is the stupid *kitten* photo shoot that was going on during my hike. there are other places to take photos people... people who block the parking lot to wait for that 1 spot when there is a spot just 2 spots up. I effin HATE that. People who let their kids run all over the place…

Right now my exercise is hiking, so I just take in nature:) its rather relaxing... almost meditating.

Arcosanti is a pretty neat place as well. Jerome is awesome! Also love show low, and oak creek (oak creek is near sedona) Payson, strawberry, there are lots of places here you can go that are fun and relaxing.

some of the trails at papago park have circuits. but they are kind of hidden. (sorry I know that is in phoenix) Kiwanis has it also, tempe, sorry. sorry, those are what I know... Ronney

Teakwoods has the BEST gyro salad.. ., had it last night, just get it with chicken and the sauce on the side. I also like Brio tuscan chicken salad (sauce on side of course) Pita jungle Souper Salad Sweet Tomatoes Genghis Grill (EFFIN YUM) you can pretty much eat healthy anywhere you go:) you will be fine here:)
