  • I live in Ireland, I find it ok, I just need to work out to earn extra calories... The best way to shop is with a list and take time to look at the calorie content. I also weigh out my measurements so I am acurate with my tracking. Is there anything in particular you would like to know?:smile:

  • Hi Safa I go to curves, the workout is 30 mins a session recommended 3 times weekly. I go 4/5 times per week. I also do Zumba once a week for 1 hour, this burns about 700 cals, curves burns between 400 / 550 depending on how hard you work the circuit. I am new to gluten free, I had been in weight watchers and achieved goal back in Feb but the points of Gluten free is really high, also I can't have eggs which I used to love, or any form of milk, wheat, barley or potatoes......this is a huge challenge for me. :( on the upside, I can still have wine!!!!! :D
