My father takes them, but he does do the dieting and exercise. They work even if you don't but they are a quick fix. You will gain the weight back. Tell sis there isn't a miracle pill out yet...hehe.

Yes there is such a thing as drinking too much water. A woman was trying to win a game console from our local radio station and there contest was to see how much water they could drink. I forget how much she drank...i think it was only a gallon, but it was soo fast that she passed away. :noway:

OMG that is exactly how I found it! I was sooo excited, I have never been excited about any diet before in my life....but I can truly say that I am excited to be doing this one now. The ladies here are soooo inspirational!
