i tried the peanut butter smoothie from the recipes boards last night...it was delish!! i had it for breakfast this morning. as i understand it, you are suppose to eat your exercise calories or at least some of them. if you don't your calorie intake will be lower than it should be and put your body in starvation mode, thus causing to gain weight....
