HELLO, I'M RACHEL FROM JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA.... I'M TRYING TO GAIN WEIGHT. IN HIGH SCHOOL I USED TO WEIGH 125 WHEN I RAN CROSS-COUNTRY AND TRACK. NOW OVER HE YEARS OF HAVING TUMOR IN MY JAW I HAVE LOST ALOT OF WEIGHT AND I'M TRYING TO GAIN THE 30 POUNDS BACK... I EAT ALMOST EVERYTHING AND EVERY HOU BUT STILL HAVING TROUBLE TO GAIN THE WEIGHT I WANT.... ANY HELP I APPRECIATE IT..... THANK YOU

    eat often, about 6 meals a day. eat foods that are calorie dense, but still nutritious like peanut butter, nuts, avocados, cheese, whole milk, etc. i would also lift weights to increase muscle mass

    i'm not very knowledgeable about gaining weight but i hope that helps
