  • they've got a lot of cool steamable veggies and stir frys in frozen dept. I also love to do fresh veggies with lite ranch dip. you gotta keet things fun. all sorts of salads with neat toppings like strawberries and nuts keep you on the right path!

  • if you mix it with sugar free syrup it makes a great toast topper or a dip for apples or any fruit you like to dip. I personally use smuckers suger free syrup. :love:
