I am currently living in a very small town an hour south of Tulsa, OK.

My heaviest is 187, lightest is 138, I am now 162 and my goal is 130.

The first time I did WW, I did the flex points program and lost between 3 and 5 pounds every week except maybe 2 in a 3-month time span. I wish it was coming off that fast now:(

I have been doing medical transcription from home for 20 years.

I learned in WW years ago to weigh only once a week, preferrably the same day, before breakfast after using the bathroom and in the nude. That is your true weight. Every day will make you feel like a failure.
